Pretty certain its got such a high number because in previous years it was easier to fit double bubble and cloak, or double bubble or something to a sabre than anything else.

With Bastion, and 2 invuls and a Pithum C-type Medium booster, you can tank Angels @914 DPS (approx 800DPS Omni). Uses sod all cap, and keeps costs down.

I've run a single 5/10 when bored, and managed it ok, although had to warp out at one point to get some relief. I've only managed to get my strat up to a cap stable 200 DPS tank, but with small sig size it helps (500 DPS sentries help as well).

Just watch your triggers and aggro, but a strat can easily do 3's and 4's, and the unrated versions.

My fleet pest is billiant in missions, I solo level 4's easy. Have to be careful around em/therm, but I can tank most things easy. There is some risk though, so I find it more fun than when I used my mael.
